If you don't install a lockbox, I will make myself available to show your home when you can't be there. Also, if it's feasible, I will stage a professional open house for you while you're off shopping, seeing a movie or simply enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather.

Quite often, you will get more for your home even after my fee for service than you otherwise might have received!

How many of the steps involved in a home sale are you familiar with? A home sale can fall apart at multiple stages of the selling process. The appraisal comes in lower than the price to which the seller and buyer agree. The buyer and seller can't agree on the repairs that need to be made. The buyers' oan funding doesn't come through.
