If you're moving to the Phoenix area from somewhere else (and most everyone here has at some point, including me), here are some helpful links and here is what I will do for you:

Driving from Surprise and Buckeye in the west to Gilbert and Queen Creek in the east will take you at least 90 minutes, not counting for traffic. Location matters! | | 2. | | Work with you to identify what you find most important to have and to avoid in your new home. | | 3. | | Provide you updated real estate listings of homes matching your criteria via e-mail or fax. | | 4. | | Take you on a tour of the properties whenever you come to Phoenix on a pre-move trip. | | 5. | | Write the offer and negotiate on your behalf until you have the best possible deal. | | 6. | | Order your inspections and send necessary paperwork to you via e-mail/fax. | | 8. | | Recommend a certified home inspector to perform your final walk-through, or accompany your personal designee. |
